In the fast-paced world of law and professional services, finding a balance between work and personal well-being can be quite challenging. The pressure to perform and meet deadlines can take a toll on mental health, leading to burnout and decreased creativity. This is where art therapy comes in as a powerful tool to unlock creativity and promote mental wellness.

As the founder of ArtsRemedy, I have dedicated my life to helping individuals, teams, and businesses access deeper insights, unlock their creative potential, and align more authentically with their goals. My name is Elisabeth Warren, and I am an art therapist passionate about using the power of creative expression to foster personal growth, team unity, and conflict resolution.
Throughout my career, I have seen how often words fall short. Sometimes the real challenges, the real dreams, and the real opportunities lie hidden beneath the surface. That’s where art therapy comes in. At ArtsRemedy, I use a range of creative tools — from guided visual art exercises to collaborative team projects — to help people tap into their subconscious, uncover hidden patterns, and express what they often cannot say outright.
Working with businesses and organizations is especially rewarding. Teams are ecosystems, and just like any living system, they need care, communication, and alignment to thrive. I specialize in designing custom art therapy experiences that help teams connect on a deeper level. Through creative exercises, teams can surface unspoken tensions, resolve conflicts more gracefully, and build a shared sense of purpose. Whether it’s a half-day workshop or an ongoing engagement, my goal is always the same: to create spaces where authentic dialogue and true transformation can happen.
Individual work is just as powerful. Often, executives, leaders, and professionals come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own sense of vision. Using art therapy techniques, I guide them in uncovering insights they might never find through conventional coaching or therapy alone. The creative process invites reflection, risk-taking, and ultimately a reconnection with one’s inner wisdom. It’s not about being an artist — it’s about being willing to explore and express.
Conflict resolution is another key part of my work. When teams or partnerships hit a rough patch, it’s usually because communication has broken down at a deep level. Through structured art-based processes, I help parties see each other more clearly, listen more deeply, and find paths forward that honor everyone’s perspective. Creative practices bypass defensiveness and allow for more genuine understanding — something that is often hard to achieve through talk alone.
At ArtsRemedy, every engagement is crafted with care. I believe deeply in the importance of psychological safety, and I work to ensure that every person, whether an individual client or a team member, feels seen, heard, and respected. No two journeys are the same. I collaborate closely with each client to design sessions that meet their specific needs, goals, and challenges.
Art has the power to heal, to reveal, and to transform. My work is rooted in the belief that creativity is not a luxury — it is essential to being fully human. Whether I’m helping a team reconnect to their shared mission, supporting a leader through a major transition, or guiding individuals toward deeper self-understanding, my purpose remains clear: to use art as a remedy for the challenges of modern life.
ArtsRemedy is more than just a business; it is a calling. And I am honored every day to do this work.
